GETTING THERE

While it's possible to fly into Whanganui and Palmerston North airports, most people visit this area by vehicle as it's on New Zealand's main north/south highway. Hunterville is 2 hours 20 minutes from Wellington, 5 hours 30 minutes hours from Auckland, and 2 hours 20 minutes from Taupō. It takes 1 hour to drive between Hunterville and Levin.
