It took a long while for Nelson to get a decent burger joint. But then Burger Culture emerged at the top of Trafalgar Street. Family ownership brings passion to the business, and chef and part-owner Chris Williams says the team tries to bring fun to everything they do. The eatery includes an arcade machine, and there's an ever-changing menu of doughnuts and milkshakes. Burger buns — brioche rather than traditional — are baked onsite. 279 Trafalgar Street.
