Dark Sky Diner

Opal and translucent handmade glass orb pendants (crafted by Luke Jacomb to echo the celestial bodies) dominate the fit-out here. They signal that guests are tucked inside the town's premier stargazing centre, Dark Sky Project. It's all floor-to-ceiling glass, too, so when sitting booth-side by the main window, even knees get that excellent lake and mountain view. It's a beautiful spot for a tasty morsel. Adult money is on the salmon dish; the kids' money is on the curly fries.
