A life-sized, hand-sculpted tree created by artist Reuben Paterson (Ngāti Rangitihi, Tūhourangi, Ngāi Tūhoe, Scottish) speaks of reality and illusion, the past and possibility, and references the mythology of trees as connectors between human and spiritual worlds.
