Logan Ursell and his partner, Lisa Penketh, share a mission: to help make Nelson's hospitality scene thrive. A few years ago, the couple returned to the city after spending 16 years in Melbourne and London, determined to create an establishment that would not be out of place in either of those cosmopolitan metropolises. Arden Bar & Kitchen offers delicious cocktails and food, all served in handmade ceramics created by Lisa. It is a neighbourhood eatery — small and casual with a city vibe, and an excellent place for share plates, with the menu gently shifting through the seasons, allowing Logan and Lisa to savour local producers.
