BREWS ON A BIKE

It did not take long for someone to blend two of Nelson’s great passions — beer and bicycling. The Gentle Cycling Company offers a selfguided bike tour with a difference. Ride through the city to visit some of Nelson’s best craft breweries. Proprietor Rosie Griffin can supply the bike, a helmet and a map. Each brewer offers something different to the discerning beer drinker, and the brew-masters are more than happy to take questions about what makes their drop the most appealing.
